The rules we follow
- Primary sources only. We take rates, monthly fees, hardware prices and contract terms from each provider’s own website. Not from other review sites, not from sales reps, not from memory.
- Dated. Every comparison shows when we last checked it.
- Sourced. Each provider page links to the pages we used.
- Not published means not published. If a provider only gives prices by quote, we say “custom quote” instead of guessing.
Estimates are labelled
Our fee calculator estimates what a month would cost at each provider’s published rate. Real costs depend on the cards your customers use and on your contract, so we label every estimate as one.
Spotted a change?
Providers change pricing often. If you see a price on our site that no longer matches the provider’s page, let us know.
